Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Since we deal in digital products (activation keys), our policy is as follows:
Return Eligibility
All products sold by SoftwareSwala are digital activation keys delivered via email. Once a key is delivered, we do NOT provide refunds under any circumstance, as the product is instantly accessible and cannot be returned.
Warranty is from the Brand — Not the Seller
The software activation key you purchase is covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty. If you face any technical issue during installation or activation, please contact the brand’s support team directly (numbers and links provided in your activation email).
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be considered ONLY if the key you received is invalid, already used, or non-functional — AND the issue is verified by our team. Please share a screenshot of the error for investigation. Allow 1 working day for resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is NOT possible once the activation key has been delivered to your email. If you have not yet received your key and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
Wrong Product Purchased
We are not responsible if you purchase the wrong product (e.g., buying Antivirus instead of Total Security). Please check the product name carefully before placing your order.
Activation Support
Our team provides free activation support via WhatsApp for all products purchased from us. We will guide you step-by-step if you face any installation issues.
Third-Party Interference
Keys that have been shared with others, entered on incorrect products, or used on devices other than specified are not eligible for replacement.
